We have a strong fleet of vessels backed by a self-managed port at Ajman, and private jetties at Bahrain and Bangladesh, and a bulk cement terminal at Port Sudan, which gives tremendous strength to our logistic network.
Ajman Port has in excess of 150 skilled workforce to handle any type of cargo onboard or at the wharf. In addition, Ajman Port has the resource to pool in expertise available in the country to handle any such type of Port cargos. Stevedoring includes supplying the necessary labor to handle cargo from or into vessel's hatches to discharge or load cargo to/from quay or lighters.
The various service charges offered to ships, importers/exporters for material passing through this port are the lowest among all UAE Ports. Contract Rates - reduced rates may be negotiated with the port on the basis of throughput and regularity of vessel calls.

Our jetty at Hidd, Bahrain, serves our cement plant spread over 10 hectare’s. At this jetty, barges,and ships up to 10,000 mt capacities can be received conveniently.
Our well-trained and experienced logistic team members handle 250,000 mt of cargo per month, including bulk clinker, bagged and container-packed cement specialise in consolidating varying logistics information and provide one integrated view to STAR Cement. The team not only provides physical logistics services, but also manages other enhanced supply chain services, improving efficiencies and reducing costs.
